For real estate agents

A number your buyer can act on, inside their review window.

Every Florida condo buyer gets a short statutory window to review the association's financial and reserve documents before they're bound. Most buyers get a stack of PDFs and no time to read them. You can hand them something better.

How agents use this

Send us whatever the association has released — SIRS, reserve study, budget, financials, assessment notices — or point your buyer to the free document check directly. We tell you free whether there's enough to analyze. If there is, the full report is $49: the buyer's likely five-year cash exposure, planned work, reserve gaps, assessments, and the page behind every number. Your buyer gets to make an informed decision inside the window they're already given, instead of guessing.

Why this helps you

A buyer who finds out about a six-figure special assessment after closing is an unhappy client and a liability conversation. A buyer who knows about it during the review window, from a plain-English report with the numbers to back it up, is a buyer who trusts you did the work on their behalf.
